I started my first semester of college in Fall 2010 weighing 173 lbs. When I came home for the summer, I weighed 143 lbs. Defying the odds of the freshmen 15, I made a healthy transformation that changed my life. I am not a registered dietician or expert. I'm just maintaining my health, making the most of my college years, and sharing what i know here. Currently I am a Senior at 5'6" and 135 lbs.
